Frequently asked questions
How does a build appointment work?
When you arrive, you’ll start by browsing our inspiration photo table to spark ideas for your design.
Next comes the fun part—choosing your pieces. You’ll select your pot, decorative figurines and structures, and then hand-pick the perfect succulents for your arrangement or miniature landscape.
I’ll be there throughout the process to help you design, arrange, plant and balance everything so it looks beautiful and lasts. You’ll also learn everything you need to know about succulent care and simple propagation tips, so you can enjoy your creation long after you leave.
You’ll head home with a one-of-a-kind piece you built yourself—and the confidence to keep it thriving.
Do you have regular hours for walk ins?
I’m open by appointment only since I don’t work from this location full time. I’m usually coming and going for appointments, shipping orders, and plant care.
If you’re nearby and see cars out front or the garage door open, feel free to stop in! If I’m free (or between appointments), I’m happy to show you around and you’re welcome to build something. If I’ll be around for more than a couple hours primarily for plant care, I usually post on Facebook to let everyone know.
I stopped by and realized you're open by appointment, how do I check immediate availability?
The scheduling calendar always shows no availability for 2 hours from the moment you are viewing it. This protects against missed appointments or long waits for me to see the booking.
I am quite frequently within 1 block of the building. You can check my immediate availability by calling or texting the business number 419-210-3699. You can also use the chat bubble on the website.

How can I budget for larger groups and team building?
For large groups or corporate events, you can choose how structured or flexible you’d like the experience to be. If guests are paying individually, you may use this as a suggestion to anyone wanting to stay in a budget.
Open Choice Option
If you’d like guests to choose freely from all options, most participants will land in the $50–$80 per person range, with base pot selections available up to $35.
Set Budget Options (We Can Guide Selections)
If you’d prefer to keep everyone within a specific budget, we can curate pot options and item limits while still offering plenty of variety:

Pots up to $25 + $24 in plants & décor
$40 per person
Pots up to $20 + $18 in plants & décor
$30 per person

These options still give each guest a wide range of styles and materials to create something personal, while keeping costs predictable for your group.
Simple Build Option
Participants who prefer something small can choose a single-plant pot ($5–$10). With one plant, glow-in-the-dark animals, and crushed rock accents, the total typically comes to $16–$18.
