Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship orders using USPS and UPS with carrier-calculated rates. At checkout, customers may choose from available preset delivery options. Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected carrier service.

All shipping charges displayed at checkout are final and non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully completed.

Processing time does not include transit time. Orders are considered shipped only after they are scanned and accepted by the carrier.

Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather or natural events

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Shipping charges are not refundable due to carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from address errors

  • Packages returned to the carrier due to insufficient or incorrect address information

Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Damage or Defective Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Issues related to shipping damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Claims must include a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim due to carrier insurance requirements.


Return Shipping Charges and Shipping Refunds

Contact us with 30 days of receipt to request a return shipping label at help@gorgeousgiftsonline.com. Refer to our returns and refunds policy for more information.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns that are not the result of damage or carrier fault.  

Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number and request the GPS delivery scan location.

  2. If the carrier confirms delivery to your address:

    • File a package theft report with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).

  3. Email the submission confirmation and your tracking number to:

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier confirms delivery. All claims are subject to carrier investigation and insurance approval procedures.
