Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Returns accepted for 30 days

Contact us at Help@gorgeousgiftsonline.com to get a return label. Refund will be processed when item is received by Gorgeous Gifts.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. We do not offer cash, check, or alternative-method refunds.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 7 business days have passed since your item was received and you do not have the refund, please contact us at help@gorgeousgiftsonline.com to look into it immediately.

Refund or Replacement for Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and remedy it.

  • Replacement or refund requests related to defects or shipping damage upon receipt must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to help@gorgeousgiftsonline.com

  • Your request must include:

    • A description of the issue

    • Your order information. Forwarding your order confirmation E-mail is helpful
    • Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging


Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number and request the GPS delivery scan location.

  2. If the carrier confirms delivery to your address:

    • File a package theft report with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).  USPS only recognizes this situation as theft when their GPS shows it delivered to your address.

  3. Email the submission confirmation, your tracking number  and whether you'd like replacement or refund to: Help@gorgeousgiftsonline.com.

 We will process your request as soon as possible and within 24 hours.


Right to Refuse Returns or Cancel Orders

Gorgeous Gifts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, decline, or reject any order, return, or refund request due to product availability, suspected fraud, abuse of return policies, or inventory management considerations.

In such cases, our liability is limited to the return of any amount paid by the customer for the affected order. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
